Welcome to Adm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the adm.cc website and the Adm AI-powered Google Ads optimization service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lisp Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

2. Account Registration

Our Service requires you to connect your Google Ads account. By connecting your account, you:

  • Understand that we will use this data to provide optimization recommendations

3. Service Description

3.1 AI-Powered Optimization

Adm provides AI-powered analysis and optimization recommendations for your Google Ads campaigns. Our Service:

  • Analyzes your campaign performance data
  • Identifies optimization opportunities
  • Provides actionable recommendations
  • Helps reduce wasted ad spend

3.2 Recommendations Only

Important: Our Service provides recommendations only. We do not automatically make changes to your Google Ads account. You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all recommendations
  • Deciding whether to implement changes
  • Implementing changes in your Google Ads account
  • Monitoring results after implementation

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for unused time
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use the Service to harm others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated means to access the Service (except as permitted)

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lisp Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data after 30 days
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
